The T-Series Power Panels are delivered with an integrated service page. This service page opens without having to be installed and makes it possible to customize settings such as IP address, DHCP server or screen saver directly on the device. The Power Panel T50 is equipped with a Gigabit Ethernet interface. Power Panel T50 units are available with an optional integrated switch that allows simple daisy-chain cabling. Digitalization via IO-Link Bosch Rexroth: New products harness the advantages of the IO-Link open standard for hydraulic actuators and sensors. As of now, 4WRPEH proportional control valves and HEDE10 pressure switches are available with IO-Link interfaces. Connection is realized via the decentralized and quick IP67 I/O system S67E IO-Link Master. This offers users direct access to the field bus and all data provided by the actuator/sensor. IO-Link standardizes and simplifies wiring using standard M12 connectors with unshielded 3-conductor/5-conductor cables. Extensive time and fault-intensive individual wiring per hand is no longer required. Protocol gateways Moxa: Newly launched MGate 5103 and MGate 5111 industrial protocol gateways enable fast and easy protocol conversions between Modbus devices and PROFINET/PROFIBUS-based SCADA systems and PLCs. These stand-alone protocol gateways also allow a distributed network architecture that maximizes flexibility and scalability. In addition, they also extend the lifetime of field devices, consequently reducing costs. With an all-in-one design, these gateways convert a variety of protocols, such as Modbus RTU/ASCII/ TCP to PROFINET or PROFIBUS. Furthermore, the MGate 5103 and 5111 also help integrate EtherNet/IP PLCs into PROFINET or PROFIBUS systems. The protocol gateways provide a variety of powerful built-in troubleshooting tools, including protocol diagnostics and traffic monitoring, that offer engineers a shortcut to find the root cause of a network breakdown. IIoT gateway for machine builders eWON: The Flexy 205 is a versatile Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) gateway and remote access router designed for machine builders. In addition to VPN remote access with eWON Talk2M remote connectivity services, it allows users to enable alarm notifications, machine data reading, historical logging in order to monitor and collect vital key performance indicators (KPIs) for analysis and predictive maintenance. With data logging, alarming, built-in web interface, scripting and enhanced internet connectivity, the Flexy 205 is a modular Internet Gateway for IoT deployment. It also supports VPN Remote Access for easy troubleshooting of distant industrial equipment. RFID sensor networks HARTING: One approach to manufacturing logistics involves the use of RFID sensor networks to collect manufacturing data which is then operationalised allowing, for example, production lines to be adjusted, maintained, or re-tooled, based on live information. The ability to use this manufacturing data rapidly to inform IoT systems can be invaluable to users in creating a competitive advantage in complex markets. New developments in RFID technology include the Ha-VIS LOCFIELD flexible coaxial travelling waveguide antenna, which can sense multiple transponders via an RF field radially extended over its length of up to 10 metres. It can be applied in limited space applications where normal patch antennas would be difficult to install. C6 VPN Router KEB: The C6 VPN Router has been designed for use in remote installations and industrial settings. It is available in two hardware and two software versions. Users can select a model with direct hardwired internet connection via WAN port, or 2G/3G/3G+/4G/LTE wireless connection via any GSM network. This allows for greater flexibility in setting up an installation that allows for remote maintenance and commissioning.The E1/M1 versions of the router have come with software designed solely for remote maintenance. They allow access to Ethernet and serial communication based devices down to the subnet level. With the implementation of visualization software, the E2/M2 versions provide the additional benefit of KEB’s COMBIVIS Studio HMI software. Functions like data logging, alarm management, and analysis tools are additional features of the E2/M2 version.
